Me; I ordered the phone service from you in mid May, when I you had an offer consisting of two portable phones if you signed up with the Comhem company at that time. And I've still not gotten my phones.
Comhem Person (for convenience abbreviated CP henceforth); Ok, let me get your customer number.
Me; Sure, I gave it when I placed my call, but I can give it again NNNNNNNN.
CP; Ok, I can't see any record of phones being on their way
Me; Oookaaay, I did call in end of June, beginning of July asking for them, and got the reply that they were probably on their way now, now when my 3 weeks of cancellation rights had just passed.
CP; you did not call in July, I can see it here. You called 14th June, and then only changed your phone numer
Me; I guess it was in that same phone call I asked about the two phones as well then.
CP; you have not ask that question, I have no record of it.
Me; So since you have no records of it, you know that means I did not ask the question? And that's still besides the point, I signed up for a phone at a time when you had an offer of the customer receiving two portable phones, and I haven't gotten mine.
CP; It does not say that you will be given two phones so I cannot do anything...
*silence*
Me; So is there someone else I can talk to?
CP; WHAT?!
Me; Well obviously there must be someone else I can talk to about this since I'm not pleased with your verdict
CP; ....well...you can always send an email to customer relations

So, if Comhem does not have a record of you asking a question, you have NOT asked that question. Just so you know. I am not sure I agree this is really customer, with intonation on both words. There's no service involved whatsoever, at least not directed to help the customer. It's all about argumentation, about when I placed my call, and what I really asked at that call.
