Definition of frustration

She was standing in the line next to me, being served by another SJ (swedish railways) customer service man. I overheard their conversation. She said; so I missed my train. I thought it left 15.38, but it turns out it left 15.28. Can I get any money back on the ticket I had bought? SJ-service guy answeres "no". She asks to get a new ticket. He informs that there is a few seats on the next train leaving 16.28, and her new ticket is going to cost her 780 kr.

Aouch, that's not a good day.
