Project 'Workout'

Two days ago, it started. It was after a minor candy-binge I decided. I am so going to stop this, and get back into my previous, pre-depression, supershape.

The plan:
The initial phase is set for 3 months and includes 4 workouts per week (choosing from 1 h yoga, 1-1.5h spinning,40 min jogging, 1.5 hour gym, 1 h step-up). Also there will be no candy, chocolate, crisps at all, for the same period. This latter part has been turned into a dare between me and Sofie. We will have to be very honest, since she'll be living in Germany while I remain in Sweden. But she cannot lie, so I'm not worried. She should be worried about me though... The plan also consists of at least 2 morning-walks each week (35-50 min each), i.e. a pulse-intense walk before breakfast to get the brain and metabolism going.

I might call it Project Workout, but we all know what I really mean is 'Beach 2007'.

No, seriously. Since my Beach 2007 has already happened (in Australia), and I intend to stay in Sweden for the rest of the year, the expectations for the beach season is low to very low. Project 'Workout' here I go!
